Our fees are reasonable. For a pre-arranged percentage of the fees collected by your organization, we perform a comprehensive review. This service includes building code, plumbing code, mechanical code, electrical code, access for the disabled, energy code and noise attenuation reviews. All of these services are performed with no additional charge for re-checks.

We get the job done quickly. Less than seven work days for residential projects and less than ten work days for commercial projects are typical turn-around times that we regularly meet or exceed. All of our correction lists are computer generated and specifically tailored to the regulations you enforce and the type of project being reviewed. Our sophisticated in-house tracking system combined with the competence of our staff gives you, the client, the best possible service with a superior level of quality control.

You are protected. The Corporation carries one million dollars of general liability insurance and one million dollars of errors and omissions insurance specifically geared for the services that we provide to public agencies.

There is no conflict of interest. EsGil does no design work and we work exclusively for government. All of our employees have agreed to our no conflict of interest code of ethics and are closely monitored in their adherence to that code. Firms that offer plan review services and also do design work can potentially be put in a position of conflict when it comes to review. We do not allow this potential to exist.
