This complete review package is provided to you for one comprehensive fee (typically a percentage of the permit fee collected by your organization). We do not charge additional fees for rechecks. We can provide specialized reviews to meet your needs. For example if you wish to limit the review to structural considerations only we can accommodate you for a pre-arranged fee based on the scope of the project. Our staff makes the difference. We have recruited and maintain a staff that can serve your every need relative to delivering safe buildings to the people you serve. We have the credentials and the experience to back them up.
